gavel 1. Zero Tolerance Commitment
At Super Ultra, developer cingram-dev takes child safety with the utmost seriousness. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse, endangerment, and exploitation on our platform.
Any account found displaying, transmitting, sharing, or promoting harmful material or behavior toward minors will be permanently banned immediately, and all relevant details will be reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies and child safety organizations.

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
CSAE refers to behaviors or communications that exploit, abuse, or endanger children. Prohibited acts include, but are not limited to:
- Grooming: Behaving or communicating with a minor to build trust for future sexual exploitation or abuse.
- Sextortion: Threatening, coercing, or blackmailing a minor using sexual content or images.
- Trafficking: Promoting, facilitating, or participating in the sexual trafficking or labor exploitation of minors.
- Sexual Exploitation: Encouraging or coercing children to participate in sexually explicit behaviors.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
CSAM consists of any visual representation (including images, videos, illustrations, computer-generated artwork, or AI-generated media) of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. The creation, storage, sharing, or distribution of CSAM is strictly prohibited.
report 3. How to Report CSAE or CSAM
We provide multiple ways for players to report child safety violations. If you encounter any suspicious activity, inappropriate chats, grooming attempts, or illegal material, please report it immediately:

Use our in-app reporting tools directly. Tap on the option dots next to any user profile, feed post, or chat message and select "Report User" or "Report CSAE". This sends an urgent report to our moderation team.

Send a detailed report with usernames, screenshots, or links to:
safety@gaming-community-a72bb.web.app. Reports are triaged immediately by specialized personnel.
security 4. Our Actions & Compliance Procedures
Upon receiving a report of child sexual abuse, grooming, or child safety exploitation, we implement strict enforcement procedures:
- Immediate Suspension: The target account is immediately suspended while an investigation takes place.
- Data Preservation: All associated account records, messages, and files are securely preserved for law enforcement.
- Legal Referral: We report all instances of CSAM and relevant CSAE details to the **National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)** and coordinate closely with cybercrime investigation divisions.
- Permanent Ban: If verified, the user is permanently banned from accessing Super Ultra, and device identifiers are blacklisted.
